Protests in Goa over ex-RSS leader Velingkar's remarks against St Francis Xavier

Members of Christian community in Goa held protest on Sunday demanding arrest of ex-RSS leader Subhash Velingkar over his remark against St Francis Xavier. Earlier on Friday, Goa police had registered case against Velingkar for hurting religious sentiments after over 300 people protested against him. Meanwhile, Goa Church authorities have called for peace and restraint amid protest.
