Protests in J&K over reservation policy, CM Omar's son joins stir

Several political leaders and hundreds of students gathered outside the residence of Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah to seek a review of the reservation policy. Abdullah's son also joined the protesters. The policy was introduced by LG Manoj Sinha-led administration and it reduced the reservation percentage for general category and increased those for reserved categories in jobs and admissions.
