Protocol allowed broadcast?: Delhi Dy CM as PM's meet with DMs aired on TV

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has questioned PM Narendra Modi over the TV broadcast of the latter's meeting with District Magistrates. "In the last meeting, (Delhi) CM Arvind Kejriwal's live broadcast was objected to (by saying) protocol was being broken. Today's protocol allowed for live broadcast? How to know which meeting can be broadcast live and which cannot?" asked Sisodia.
