Prove poaching claims or face ₹100-cr suit: BJP as it sends notice to J&K CM

BJP's Jammu and Kashmir unit sent a legal notice to CM Omar Abdullah over his claim that the party offered an NC MLA ₹20-30 crore to switch sides. Terming the allegation false, J&K BJP chief Sat Paul Sharma demanded evidence or apology within seven days. The notice also warned of ₹100 crore defamation suit if he fails to do so.
