Proxy advisors oppose Saluja's reappointment as Religare director

Three proxy advisory firms have opposed Rashmi Saluja's reappointment as Religare Enterprises director. Stakeholders Empowerment Services, Institutional Investor Advisory Services and InGovern Research claim the ongoing legal disputes involving Saluja could impact her ability to do her job. Meanwhile, Saluja has moved the Delhi High Court to prevent the voting on the decision.
