Public mood shouldn't decide time of India's retaliation to Pahalgam attack: Ex-envoy Bisaria

Ajay Bisaria, former High Commissioner of India to Pakistan, said the timing of India's retaliation action to the Pahalgam terror attack shouldn't be decided depending on public mood.
