Public sector banks stable now after prompt corrective actions: FM

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said India's public sector banks (PSBs) are stable now after prompt corrective actions (PCA) were taken. A problem in the banking sector would impact the entire economic activity, she added. Technology-related solutions take away a lot of other problems and banking services can be offered through digitisation, even without a branch in place, she said.
