PUC norm will stay throughout year even after GRAP-IV ends: Sirsa

Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa announced that two GRAP-4 restrictions have been made permanent. He said, "Within Delhi, PUC certificate will be mandatory throughout the year...without it individual...not get fuel anywhere." He added, "Secondly, if GRAP-4 is implemented in future, vehicles from outside Delhi that are below BS-6 will also be banned during GRAP-4 implementation."
