Puncture repairer gets GST notice for firm with ₹100-cr sales in UP after sister's wedding

A puncture repair worker named Raj Prajapati from UP's Gorakhpur received a ₹28-crore CGST notice for a company with a ₹100-crore turnover operating in his name. Police said Prajapati had given his documents to his village resident, Amit Gupta, to avail a loan for his sister's wedding. Gupta used the documents to start a fraudulent company, without Prajapati's knowledge.
