Pune airport to remain shut for 14 days due to runway recarpeting in April-May

The Pune airport will remain shut for 14 days between April 26 and May 9 this year owing to runway resurfacing works, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) said on Sunday. The runway recarpeting work had started in October last year. Due to this, flights operate only during the day and repair work continues between 8 pm and 8 am.
