Pune autorickshaw unions to go on strike as CNG price rises by ₹6/kg

Autorickshaw unions in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad areas have decided to go on a half-day strike on August 9. They also plan to hold protests outside MP Girish Bapat's office. This comes after the price of compressed natural gas (CNG) increased by ₹6 per kg in Pune. The unions are also demanding to revise the auto fare as per new rates.
