Pune boy who was locked with 20 dogs needs mental health evaluation: Experts

After the parents of an 11-year-old boy allegedly confined him to his house in Pune with more than 20 dogs, experts say that the boy and his parents need extensive mental health evaluation. "Helping the child get back into the mainstream is vital," a child and adolescent psychiatrist said. The boy has been rescued and sent to a shelter home.
