Pune builder Amit Lunkad cheats man of ₹21 lakh after promising good returns, held

Pune Police Crime Branch has arrested builder Amit Lunkad, director of Lunkad Realty, for allegedly cheating a man of ₹21.26 lakh under the pretext of profitable returns on investment. The FIR states, "Lunkad had promised to pay 15% return per month on investment...when I (complainant) asked him to refund my invested money, he refused."
