Pune court rejects bail plea in ₹1.04 cr investment fraud

A Pune sessions court rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Priyanka Shinde, accused of duping an investor of ₹1.04 crore through a fake investment scheme promising 18% returns. The court cited a prima facie serious offence and the need for custodial interrogation. Her husband Shivaji Shinde and a co-accused are also named in the FIR filed at Baner police station.
