Pune Customs seizes ₹3.72 cr hydroponic weed at airport

Pune Customs seized 10.642 kg of hydroponic weed worth ₹3.72 crore from an Indian passenger arriving from Bangkok. The contraband was hidden inside packets labelled as freeze-dried durian fruit, concealed among noodles in check-in baggage. The passenger was arrested under the NDPS Act and remanded to judicial custody till November 18.
