Pune RTO files FIR against bike taxi aggregator Rapido

The Pune Regional Transport Office (RTO) has filed an FIR against bike taxi aggregator Rapido. The FIR stated that the company is running the bike taxi service in Maharashtra "without any permissions or valid license" from the state government. This comes as auto-rickshaw unions called for a one-day strike against bike taxis on November 28.
