Pune transport dept to install 'Spit Bins' for commuters at bus stands

The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) has decided to install 'Spit Bins' across the city's bus stands in order to encourage commuters to keep the surroundings clean. "This is the first time that the PMPML is providing a bin facility," a PMPML officer said. Notably, the stainless steel bins will have one refill bag and one recycle bag.
