Punjab artiste wins state award for fog-laden night photograph

Punjab artiste Harinder Singh Bhatti won the Punjab State Award in photography under the title "Kirat Karo," his photograph captures the quiet intensity of late-night municipal work in dense winter fog. The image reflects atmospheric depth, artistic sensitivity and social narrative. Bhatti heads the Fine Arts Department at Army Public School in Amritsar.
