Punjab CM sings 'Challa' at R-Day event, thanks Guv; clip surfaces

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann sang the song 'Challa' during a function at Raj Bhavan on Republic Day and then later got down the dais and thanked Governor Banwarilal Purohit. In a video of the event, Mann can be seen telling Purohit that he had created such an environment that "andar ka kalakar reh nahin paya (the artiste inside couldn't resist)".
