A Patiala court today declared AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra a fugitive (proclaimed offender) after he failed to appear in rape case and has sought details of his properties as part of legal proceedings. The district police have already issued a lookout notice against him. Pathanmajra has evaded arrest for over three and a half months, despite heavy police deployment.
