Punjab DSP sent murabba to Lawrence Bishnoi in jail in 2024

Punjab DSP Gursher Singh Sandhu, who was dismissed from service for facilitating jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s TV interviews, allegedly sent him birthday gifts, including a box of murabba. His gang member, Rajvir Singh, revealed this to the police, The Tribune reported. The items were delivered at Sabarmati Jail in 2024 when a probe into his TV interviews was underway.
