Punjab govt warns of strict action over theft of canal water

Punjab Irrigation and Power Minister Rana Gurjit Singh has directed officials to check theft of canal water besides ensuring water supply. The minister also warned of strict action against those involved in canal water theft. The minister further stressed on identifying and making public the list of encroached properties on the Irrigation Department's website.
