Punjab minister Kuldeep Dhaliwal headed department which didn't exist for 20 months

The Punjab government acknowledged on Friday that the Department of Administrative Reforms, which was allotted to NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, doesn't exist. He was first given the department in May 2023 and now Dhaliwal is in charge of only NRI Affairs. BJP's Pradeep Bhandari criticised AAP over this development, saying, "AAP has made Governance in Punjab a joke!"
