Punjab ministerial staff burn CM Mann's effigy in Bathinda

The Punjab State Ministerial Services Union burnt an effigy of CM Bhagwant Mann in Bathinda on Wednesday, protesting the government's failure to meet demands including Old Pension Scheme restoration, 63% DA parity with Central Government, and ACP scheme implementation. The union has announced a two-day pen-down and computer shutdown strike across Punjab on November 5 and 6.
