Punjab police seek 10 days to reply to notice on FIR against Kapil

Three Punjab Police officers, issued notices by Delhi Assembly over an FIR against Delhi minister Kapil Mishra for allegedly circulating doctored video of AAP leader Atishi, have sought 10 days to respond, reports said. Speaker Vijender Gupta termed the use of Assembly footage and FIR based on it by Punjab Police "unfortunate", saying it hurt dignity and privilege of House.
