Police probing rail track blast in Punjab said Pardeep Singh Khalsa led India-based network was linked to Khalistani handlers in Malaysia and arms suppliers in Pakistan. Investigators found that deceased suspect Jagrup Singh had visited Malaysia in 2019 and remained connected to the module. Authorities are also probing possible links to Waris Punjab De. NIA may also join investigation.
