Punjabi singer, 1 other held for beating car driver in Chandigarh

Punjabi singer Kamal Khaira and another man were arrested on Thursday for allegedly beating up a car driver after a road accident near Panjab University. Hardik Ahluwalia alleged when he was on the way home along with his friends in his car, Khaira's rashly driven car came without blowing the horn and hit his car, following which he was assaulted.
