Puravankara stock gains on ₹1,000 crore Bengaluru project

Shares of Puravankara Ltd rose nearly 2% after it announced a joint development deal for a 5.5-acre land parcel in East Bengaluru, with an estimated GDV of over ₹ 1,000 crore. The project spans 0.83 million sq. ft. and will launch in 6 to 9 months, aligning with the company's expansion strategy in high growth micro-markets.
