Putin, Trump to not travel to Turkey for Ukraine peace talks

US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will not travel to Turkey's Istanbul for peace talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Kremlin said the delegation would include Presidential adviser Vladimir Medinsky and Deputy Defence Minister Alexander Fomin. A US official stated that Trump, who is on a three-nation tour of the Middle East, would not attend.
