Putin fires 'Butcher of Mariupol' Gen Mikhail Mizintsev: Reports

Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly fired Deputy Defence Minister General Mikhail Mizintsev. Mizintsev is called the 'Butcher of Mariupol' by Ukrainian officials and is sanctioned by European Union, the UK and several countries. In 2022, he reportedly ordered the bombing of a theatre in Ukraine's Mariupol leaving at least 300 dead.
