Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Friday morning, where he was accorded a ceremonial welcome and Guard of Honour. He was received by President Droupadi Murmu and PM Narendra Modi. However, a video shows Putin stepping out of the car and greeting the guard of President Murmu before PM Modi and President Murmu herself.
