Putin jokes about 'oil orders' at event with PM Modi, he breaks into laughter

Russian President Vladimir Putin cracked a joke about 'oil orders' while addressing the India-Russia Business Forum with PM Narendra Modi in Delhi on Friday. "The Russian delegation travelled here...not only to place orders...on oil and gas supply," Putin said, following which PM Modi broke into laughter. "We'd like to develop multidimensional relations with India in various fields," he added.
