Putin must know we won't give in on Ukraine: Rutte after taking over as NATO chief
Ex-Netherlands PM Mark Rutte, who formally took over as secretary-general of NATO, stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin must be aware that the bloc "won't give in on Ukraine". Rutte, who succeeded Jens Stoltenberg, also said the Ukraine crisis was the bloc's "top priority". The Kremlin, meanwhile, said it didn't expect NATO to undergo a policy change under Rutte's leadership.
