Putin orders to make Russian army 2nd largest in world after China

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he'd make Russian army the second largest in the world after China. He ordered to increase the regular size of the army by 1,80,000 troops to bring it to the overall strength of 2.38 million people, of which 1.5 million would be active servicemen. This would be the third expansion since Ukraine war.
