Putin pre-recorded his Ukraine military operation speech 3 days ago: Local media

Russian President Vladimir Putin recorded the speech about the declaration of a military operation in Ukraine on February 21, three days before it was aired, Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta claimed. The newspaper said it downloaded the video from the Kremlin website and checked its properties. In Thursday's video, Putin was seen wearing the same attire as his Monday's televised address.
