Putin relieves Russian Ambassador to UK Andrey Kelin

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Friday relieving Andrey Kelin of his duties as Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom. Kelin had held the post since November 2019. No reason was given for his removal in the decree.
