Putin renews pitch for Su-57 fighter jets to India as countries eye $100-bn trade by 2030

President Vladimir Putin renewed Russia's offer to supply the fifth-generation Sukhoi Su-57 fighter jet to India. "This aircraft could've been our joint project...We are ready to work with India in this field to supply these aircraft, to keep developing it...The same goes for air defence systems," he said. India and Russia are targeting $100 billion in bilateral trade by 2030.
