Putin responds after Biden calls him a 'killer', says 'It takes one to know one'

Russia's President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday it "takes one to know one" after US President Joe Biden said he thought Putin was a "killer", adding that he wished Biden good health. "We...see our own traits in other people and think they're like how we really are...As a result we assess (a person's) activities and give assessments," he stated.
