Putin's surveillance was shut after Israel hacked CCTVs in Iran to kill Khamenei: Report

Russian President Vladimir Putin's special surveillance system was shut down briefly for security checks after Israel hacked CCTV cameras in Iran to kill their supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Financial Times reported. The system was only turned back on after engineers cut it off from the internet. The system is separate from nearly 3,00,000 cameras that surveil Moscow’s citizens.
