Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 76th birthday, congratulating him on his 76th birthday. "You are rightly enjoying deep respect from your compatriots and great authority on the global stage," Putin stated. He also thanked PM Modi "for the warm and cordial welcome" accorded to him at the BRICS Summit in Delhi.
