Putin sent empty heads to talk: Zelenskyy as peace talks end in 2 hrs
After Russia and Ukraine's first-ever direct peace talks in three years wrapped up in two hours in Istanbul, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy remarked that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin had sent "empty heads" to the meeting. He also called the Russian delegation "theatrical". Russia said it had agreed on three points with Ukraine, including large-scale exchange of prisoners of war.
