Putin shares proposals to end Iran war 'quickly' in call with Trump

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump, during which he put forward proposals aimed at quickly settling the conflict surrounding Iran, according to Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov. Trump offered his assessment, Ushakov said, "in the context of the ongoing US-Israeli operation." The Kremlin said the call was initiated by Washington.
