PVR & INOX announce merger, combined entity to be called PVR INOX Limited

The Board of Directors of PVR Limited and INOX Leisure Limited on Sunday approved an all-stock amalgamation of the two brands. The combined entity will be known as PVR INOX Limited and the share exchange ratio will be three shares of PVR for 10 shares of INOX. The merger is yet to receive approvals from the respective shareholders and SEBI.
