Python swallows stray dog before officials rescue the reptile

A 25-kg python in Kozhikode's Ulliyeri swallowed a stray dog before exhausted locals managed to place the snake in a sack. The python later threw up the dog as people gathered around. Officials from the Peruvannamuzhi Forest Range Office reached the spot after being alerted and rescued the massive snake.
