Qatar responds to reports of gifting $400-million 'flying palace' jet to Donald Trump

Qatar on Sunday clarified that the reports claiming it is gifting a $400-million 'flying palace' Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet to US President Donald Trump are "inaccurate". However, Qatar acknowledged that the "transfer" of an aircraft for "temporary use" as Air Force One is currently under consideration between Qatar’s Ministry of Defense and the US Department of Defense.
