Qualcomm accuses EU of bias towards Apple in antitrust case

Qualcomm has accused the European Union of being biased towards Apple after it ordered Qualcomm to pay a $1.2 billion antitrust fine in 2018, for allegedly paying the iPhone maker to only use its 4G chips. A Qualcomm lawyer alleged that the European Commission "engaged in a biased investigation" and allowed Apple to "dictate the evidence, narrative and conclusions".
