Question papers and answer sheets for the police constable recruitment examination were seen floating on the road in Bihar's Buxar. Officials said that the packets with papers and sheets were being sent to various exam centres when the heavy rain began unexpectedly, causing them to float in water. They added that all the packets were "safely transported".
