Quimcy loses teqball semi-final, to play for bronze at Asian Games
India's Quimcy Dsouza will now fight for bronze in the women's singles teqball after losing her semi-final to Indonesia's Sumaya at the Asian Games 2026. The 24-year-old lost 1-2 in the three-set match, suffering a 12-7, 9-12, 7-12 defeat. Quimcy, who hails from Mumbai, has previously competed in state-level football and 1,500m running.
