Rachit Prints SME IPO live till Sep 3 at ₹140 to ₹149

Rachit Prints, a mattress fabrics manufacturer, opened its ₹19.49 crore IPO today, September 1, with a price band of ₹140 to ₹149 per share. The SME issue will close on September 3. Proceeds will fund working capital, machinery purchase, debt repayment and corporate needs. The company posted ₹4.56 crore profit in FY25.
