Radiation rose by up to 16 times after rocket explosion: Russia

Radiation levels rose by up to 16 times in the city of Severodvinsk following a nuclear-powered rocket engine explosion, Russia's state weather agency said. Five scientists were killed and three others were injured in the accident which occurred last week. The explosion took place at a military testing site in the Arkhangelsk region.
